Schools - Athens City Schools

There are five schools in the Athens City School System - two primary schools for Pre-K - second grades; two intermediate schools for third - fifth grades; and one middle school for sixth - eighth grades. The System also operates a camp at Watts Bar Lake - Camp Oo-tah-nee-noh-chee, which students in grades fourth - eighth visit for both day trips and overnight stays.
