 School Safety

Our first priority at Athens City Schools is the safety of all of our students, families and staff. To ensure our schools are safe and our staff are educated in proper procedures, we work closely with our local police and fire departments to conduct routine emergency drills. Additionally, drills for fire, earthquake, tornado and lock-downs are conducted throughout the school year with our students.

If you have any questions or comments about the safety of our facilities, please contact Safety Director- Bob Harrison at  423-745-2863.
